What you actually get to test

The trial gives you the full platform, on your own conversations. You upload an audio file, Raisetalk transcribes it, scores it against a scorecard and extracts the indicators.

• Transcription and diarisation: the text of the exchange, turn by turn, in fifteen languages.
• Automated quality monitoring: every conversation scored against your scorecard, with the reasoning behind each score.
• Voice of the Customer: advisor attitudes, customer sentiment, alert points and recurring topics.
• Reporting: aggregated results, filterable by period, team or criterion, and exportable to PDF.

How the trial works

1. Create your account from the sign-up form. A work email address is enough, no card required.
2. Follow the welcome tour, which walks through the platform's concepts in a few minutes.
3. Upload a first conversation and read its analysis. Results come back within minutes.

Your data stays yours: it is never used to train our models, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

And after the trial?
