Quality alerts: create a notification and handle the alert
Get notified when a call misses a criterion, then handle the alert through to closure. In Raisetalk Automations, a notification is set up in five guided steps, and each alert becomes a tracked task, with an owner, a deadline and actions.
In this video:
- the trigger on every evaluated conversation, with a condition on a criterion (here, Duty to advise not acquired)
- an estimate of the alert volume over thirty days
- the recipients, by role, in Raisetalk or by email
- the task: an owner, a 24-hour deadline, mandatory actions, an outcome at closure
- handling it in My alerts: reason, quoted passage of the call, taking it on, actions, comment and closure
Taking it on, actions, comment and closure are all logged.
Raisetalk is a conversational analysis solution for contact centres and customer service teams: 100% of conversations evaluated against your own grids, every finding linked to the passage of the call behind it.
Demo using fictional data.
